Order Collection
All items sold are available for collection. If you want to collect your order, please contact us after the purchase has been made to arrange a time/date for collection. Alternatively please write in your order notes when you would like to collect.
We usually have staff at our Lewes warehouse Monday to Friday 9-5, however during busy periods of the year our staff are often out of office carrying out management visits or spray operating. This means we need to know when you would like to collect so we can ensure someone is present to fulfill your order.

Delivery Information
We offer delivery for all products, whether your order is a small number of items or a trellis system for an entire vineyard, we can deliver it to your door!
Small Orders:
All small orders are dispatched within 1-2 days through APC. Deliveries are usually made within 1-5 days by courier. Next-day delivery is available for most items and can be selected at checkout for an extra fee. If no next day option is displayed, it is unavailable for the products you have chosen.
When an order is dispatched you will receive an email from APC regarding the exact delivery date and whether the item can be left in a safe place or not.
If your order takes more than 5 working days to arrive, please contact us so we can attempt to locate the package and rearrange delivery.
Large and Wholesale Orders
All large and wholesale orders are delivered via a palletised service in 2-5 days. If you require a specific delivery date please state this in the order notes.
Palletised delivery rates are calculated when the items in your quote exceeds our courier weight limit.
Palletised orders are delivered by lorry so please ensure there is suitable access at your location and you have the means to unload the goods. Contact us if you have any concerns regarding this.
All palletised goods are insured up to £5000 per tonne.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight
Please contact us before purchase as we can ship to these locations but with surcharges depending on weight and location.
Delivery Outside the United Kingdom
Depending on order size we can ship outside the UK. Please contact us before purchase to arrange delivery details.
